Rounds Receives “Award for Conservative Achievement” from American Conservative Union

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) recently received the American Conservative Union’s (ACU) “Award for Conservative Achievement” for consistently voting to uphold conservative values in 2020.

“I’m honored to again receive the Award for Conservative Achievement,” Rounds said. “In South Dakota, we believe in the power of individual responsibility. I’ll continue voting for less taxation, less regulation, and more individual freedom and economic opportunity. I will stand firmly to defend the right to life and the right to bear arms that are coming under increasing attack by the federal government.” 

For the 2020 Congressional session, Rounds earned a score of 86%.  Awards were given to those with a score of 80% or higher. CLICK HERE to view a full list of the recipients.
